How leva works hero image

Therapy you do at home—in just minutes a day.

When pelvic floor exercises are done on your own, it can be difficult to know whether you’re using the right muscles. Leva provides real-time visual feedback to help guide correct pelvic floor movement as you exercise.

The Leva device and app work together to help you strengthen your pelvic floor muscles—from the comfort of home.

WHY GUIDANCE MATTERS

Pelvic floor muscle training works best when women can do it correctly—and keep doing it.

Written Kegel instructions may tell you which exercises to perform, but they cannot show you what your pelvic floor is doing during each contraction.

Leva uses motion sensors paired with an app to provide visual feedback while you train. The program also tracks progress and provides added support through the Leva Women's Center and clinician reporting.
